If you were terribly unfit would you join a fitness boot camp?

It requires having to join a gym and I don't do gyms because I never see results, but this guy has been getting some really good reviews.

Thing is I can barely walk upstairs (alright might be an exageration, but I am very unfit) and it's a military style boot camp class that I am looking at.

The class is on for an hour. If you all keep going that is. If you stop the whole class has to start again, so you have no choice but to keep going no matter how much it hurts.

It's on atm 3 times a week. Is three times a week enough to make a difference?

3 times a week is enough. I would enjoy it (but I am very fit) - if you are worried then do the shred DVD for a month to get a bit fitter and then do it. The others might get annoyed if you keep on making them start again.

Yes I think I will shred and then start. At moment Kinect adventures hurts Blush

I could barely walk after playing for an hour yesterday with my sister.

definatly go! MY gym do boot camp classes and i decided to go. Oh my god i could've cried halfway through but i stook it out and felt so much better when i was chilling out in the pool afterwards! And a month on i can tell the difference. Don't be worried about holding everyone else back. The class i go to is kinda similar but if the instructor sees someone struggling regularly they kinda turn a blind eye a few times. They want to get the most out of you but at the end of the day they want you to come back!
