i was wondering if anyone is on Atkins i only started on Wednesday and have lost weight already but it would be good to have a few slimming buddies on the same or similar low carb diet to share recipes and give support and advice to each other.
I am in phase one and i am 5'7 and started at 17st 7 (already 17st 2!)
