Hi everyone,
would really like your help/tips on losing weight!
this is me in a nutshell:
*at home mummy with 7 month daughter
*trying to follow slimming world but cheating too much! :(
*struggling to find ways/time to exercise - bought workout dvds months ago, not been touched!

so... how do you guys manage to exercise with baby???! i have signed up to start mummy and baby pilates which i'm looking forward to but otherwise ???
what do you keep in the house for snacking? i find it hard not to graze being at home all day, not a great fan of fruit...

appreciate any tips as i am getting married next year and determined(ish!) not to be a fat bride!!

Thanks :)

Go for long walks with the baby.
Don't buy crap.
Eat less.
Have you got the father about?
In that case you can exercise and leave him with the baby.

There's no magic wand, just eating less and moving more.

are there any buggy walks near you?! Where i live there are a few a week that start at the local leisure centre and end with a subsidised swim and they put a creche on at the same time. If there isn't do you have any friends that are mums and arange your own once/twice a week
