I'm thinking of having soup tiwce a day, with toast with it at dinner time, fruit for snacks and toast for breakfast.

Whats your thoughts? I do not want to have too little calories incase my body starts to store food as fat. Need to loose weight fast Sad

bread isn't really good for dieting

soup = good but only if you have a very low fat one or preferably (and it's not hard) make your own.

You may find that after a week though, you will be completely sick of it as it all sounds abit samey.

have a look at food focus it's a free website (used by alot of folk here) which will tell you how many calories you need to have to loose weight and you enter ALL you eat on a food log and it works it all out for you so you know exactly where you are. Smile

I have done the Jason Vale detox - lost 5lb in the first 3 days. It's a fantastic way to lose weight quick and kick start a weight loss plan.

Happenedagain, you can get the Jason Vale books at most libraries and he also has soup recipes in some of his books
