I have followed the IPD plan for a week, no cheating at all,no caffine, lots of water, no alcohol, I can hand on heart say that I haven't eaten anything that isn't on the phase one of the plan. Everything I have eaten has been home made, so there is no chance sneaky carbs have been introduced with shop bought sauces etc. Weigh day this morning and I have lost less than 1lb
. As my BMI is very high (around 38) and I have about 6 stone to lose then I really should have lost more on the first week. I am going to continue for the next week, however am feeling a bit deflated, and now craving caffine, chocolate and cake, something I never suffered from last week. Please motivate me.
