I am trying to do this new pp ww at home to shift some post baby weight.
Am I right in thinking that for 2 slices of brown bread its 5 pp and for a wrap its 3pp. I am having for my lunch 2 turkey rashers 2pp and looking for something to put them on. Bloody hard this pp

Also I am bf and trying to wean am I right in thinking its 14 pp extra for bf? As you can see I confused.

Ok, I went for the wrap. But now I am starving.

I have done ww before (was a gold member) but find this new one is quite tricky.
Has anyone found it worked out better for them?

Hi Alfie. I like the new PP because I can eat as much fruit as I want, and so when I am hungry, I gobble a banana. Also, stuff like raw carrot fills you up without counting as any propoints. Can't advise on BF i'm afraid

Once you get your head around PP, its easier than the old way, IMO.

Thanks for replying wizzler. Yes I like the fact you can eat fruit/veg and not have to point it, will definitely help.

I suppose the old way was hard at the beginning.

It is much easier (well the same TBF) when you get used to having a head full of new (pro)points values. It is indeed 14 extra propoints for exclusively bf, you dont need to have all of those though, you can guage for yourself how many extra, if indeed any, are required.
