Since so many of us on here are low-carbing/cutting out wheat, pasta, rice, grains, bread, etc, i thought it would be good to swop ideas for when we are stuck for inspiration on what to cook for dinner. This week I will be having:
Salmon teriyaki with stir fry veg (noodles for DH)
Lamb tagine with cauliflower rice (couscous for DH and guests)
Burgers with cheese and bacon and celeriac chips
Fish pie topped with cauliflower mash for me
Roast pork with lots of veg
Sausages with a leek and cheese sauce with brocolli on the side
Chicken tikka masala with fried beansprouts instead of rice.
