Hello there, just that really. MONTHS AGO I was inspired by you lovely MN-ers to buy the Shred DVD. It hasn't worked, but I suspect that that may be due tot he fact that it is still in it's plastic wrap.

So, tomorrow is Monday and that is when I will start. Off now to supermarket to stock up on fruit and veg.

PLease please post to let me know that it has worked for you, that you have done it and are not dead, that you are glad you did it. Even just a kick up the jacksie! Anything please, I need motivation!

TIA!

Hi Hazel, come join us on this thread.

I too was tempted in by the shredding threads so I bought the DVD in January (not sure when you bought your copy).

I now weight 11lbs lighter and have lost some 15 inches. I am now 'healthy' and no longer 'overweight'.

So, yes, it has worked for me, I have done it, I am not dead (I am working my way through another of her DVD now, continuing to lose lbs and inches) and am super glad I did it.

If I can do it, so can you. I have been a gym dodger for the last 25 of my 43 years! I am now looking forward to starting Couch to 5K.

Come join us on the thread, we don't bite!

Im on day 7 level 1. I've managed to do it every day so far, although I couldn't really be arsed half the time. It is a bit like being tortured tough in places and to be honest, some bits seem to be harder.

I do notice a difference already though, my bum and legs feel more toned and less lardy. I've got another 3 days to go on level 1, but have heard scary stories of level 2 and I'm a wuss.
