Hi, could anyone recommend a good fitness DVD please? It doesnt have to be for weight loss, just to tone up and get fit.

Thank you!

Where to start!!

Are you a beginner to exercise? If so Davina's "My 3 30 minute workouts" is great - it's where I started and I was really unfit / post-natal. I like all Davina's DVDs actually, although I know some people find her annoying.

For pure toning, no cardio, the 10 minute solutions Pilates Perfect Body is good.

The Tae Bo DVDs (martial arts style) are great for cardio and also tone you a bit too without you realising!

30 day shred - the best no discussion

I am a complete beginner! Ive just been on youtube and done abit of 'beach bums' as my bum is the problem area, and I got on with that quite well. Then wanted something abit more pacey/active aswell, Ive read some good reviews for 30day shred and davina! Thanks for the answers!

30 day shred would be too hard for a beginner I think! At least, it would be hard to do it every day as a beginner (I type this with aching arms Grin). But you could probably do it say 3 times a week to start off with, to get your fitness levels up a bit first.

If you want to focus on bum there is a Tae Bo "Abs and Glutes" DVD which is awesome - although if you don't already have strong abs then you'll find this hard too.

I still recommend Davina for beginner level.

I thought that as soon as I typed '30 day shred' into google!
