I am trying to eat healthy food, need to lose baby weight. I am meeting someone for lunch here:

I can't see any healthy choices so what do you think will be the best option? I don't eat meat although I do eat fish. I had wondered about a jacket potato but from reading here I need to cut carbs. I could have soup but I am bf so I will be hungry again and tempted to eat crap.
