just startes slimming world, anyone want to join/help me??

Hiya everyone,

I have just joined SW online as i have 3 children 1 being a newborn and i really dont have time to go to meetings.

I think i have the hang of it, i just worry im eating to much lol????

so basically extra easy you can eat all free foods from red and green????

you are allowed 1 a choice and 1 b choice
and yes you are allowed any of the free foods but then bump your meal up with the super free foods , ie, fruit and veg/salad

then you are allowed between 5 and 15 syns a day

does that help

so yesterday
my a choice was skimmed milk
b choice 2 wheetabix

beakfast

wheetabix with milk
muller light yoghurt

lunch - salad with wafer thin ham
muller light yoghurt

tea

roast chicken
a couple of boiled potatoes
loads of carrot and swede

bowl of mixed berries

so basically muller lights are free??

i love them.

i have weetabix with milk, i meassure out 350ml and leave it in the fridge so i can have cups of tea in the day.

i just cant get the whole eating that much and loose weight lol

I've been doing Slimming World the past 6 weeks and lost 9lbs so far. The part they stress on extra easy is vegetables need to make up a third of your plate each meal. I got a bit stuck at the begining eating lots of 'free' food but not enough fruit and veg...now its really working and I've started eating a lot less each meal and not feeling hungry. I also found it helped not to have anything sweet (other than fruit) for a couple of weeks to get rid of the craving for it. I still have a stone and half to go so I shall be checking in!

I have got my first weigh in tonight so fingers crossed

muller light yoghurts are free

I eat loads of fruit , I have got some frozen berries and have a lunch box full of them so I can pick at them throughout the day at work .

today

breakfast - weight watchers wholoemal bread , with sliced banana on it and then a mulle rlight yoghurt

lunch - loads of fruit as didnt fancy anythnig else with yet another muller light yoghurt

tea - I am doing the slimming world spag bol

i hade.

breakfast-2x weetabit with 2 bannans
snack- muller light yogurt
lunch- pasta salad
snack- muller light
dinner- curry recipe that was in slimming world and free on green days

so i havent had any sins today .. so far

Hi, I have been doing SW for three weeks and lost 9lb. Hit a bit of a wall this week, too much alcohol this weekend! So trying to be super good before my WI on Thursday! I find it fairly easy but do struggle sometimes with the Superfree!

oh i had a glass of wine yesterday but i was so good considering we took kids out for the day, i took my own lunch and when we stopped at mac donalds for a trear for them i didnt have anything, even though i was starving Smile
