I'm going to start pig to twig this week after a lovely mumsnet mum gave me her old book but just got a few questions if somebody could help
Pig to twig is based on taken all the sugar out ur diet at first is this the same sort of thing as low carb diet also regarding mayonnaise? Can u eat any kind and again prawn cocktails can I just buy the little ready made ones from tesco? I never ever buy mayonnaise not a big fan but I'm guessing it must have no sugar to be allowed
And last question is about salt is it allowed? To be added to ur veg tuna ect
