Anyone doing Tesco Diets?

I've been looking at the Tesco Diets website and wondered if anyone has any experience of it? I have 2 stone to loose and have been half-heartedly doing Slimming World for ages now but getting nowhere. I have given up sweet things for lent and remarkably have stuck to it so far, though have only lost about 2 lbs! Portion control is a problem for me, but also I am totally unimaginative when it comes to deciding what to eat so thought set menu plans might be an idea for me (plus it's cheaper than SW).

Do they send you a 7 day menu plan each week that you have to stick to? Is it hard to follow? I do my online shopping with Tesco anyway, so this might make it easier for me.

Any comments are much appreciated!

I did tesco diets for a bit. Yes they send you a menu plan and you can change it around if you don't like the meal... but I never fancied eating what they suggested so it didn't really work for me so instead I used the totaller which is a bit like myfitnesspal. I suggest trying for a month to see though... portions are small though, worked out for me at roughly 1200 calories a day.
