Just wondering if anyone else out there has started training for the Great North Run. I'm sure there must be loads of mums doing it. I last ran it when I was 3 months pregnant. Now I have a 4 year old and I can't wait for him to see his mummy complete the race in September.
Would be good to hear from anyone and see what they are up to in their training. I have a 10 mile long run scheduled for tomorrow morning.............but have to go out on a hen night tonight!!

Well - apparently - you have to do your long runs quite slowly! At a pace where you can keep talking. So I imagine it will take me about 1 hr 45 mins!
