what you think of diet plates/portion plates?

I am tryng to lose 1 stone. I know its not a lot but its not coming off! Thought about one of these plates so we don't pig out! Has anyone used this before ? I do think we have too much carbs and meat, but need a little help in reminding myself and motivation!here

waste of money.

1/2 veggies, 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein.

don't need a plate for that...

1 ramekin protein/meat

2 ramekins veggies

job done

also weigh out 28 g of cereal, to see how little it really is, I'll bet you are underestimating a portion

Use your hands! Full hand size is your veggies. Closed fist is carbs. Palm is protein. Thumb is fats/oils. As you shrink so does your hand and your portions.
