Im guessing that it would be ok to have a protien shake, but wondering if i will still be loosing weight instead of bulking up? As I know alot of people use protien shakes to bulk up.
Also thinking there may be some sugar and other things in protien shakes.
I would love to hear recommandations for a good protien shake that will not make me bulk up or have any carbs and prefer chocolate one if possible. Also hopefully not too expensive... Not asking too much 
Also would it be ok to have a protien shake everyday, instead of breakfast if i'm in a rush?
