Graze - stop naughty snacks - free box

I just thought that I would let you know about 'Graze'. I came accross it through a friend and it has been brilliant for stopping me eating all those yummy cakes! The idea is that you get a Graze box delivered to your door and it has healthy snacks which stop you reaching for the cakes etc. It might be worth a look if you are like me and are tempted by cakes, sweets etc. I have been getting one a week for the last month and so far have managed to stay away from all the carbs I was eating.

Yes but all those nuts and dried fruits are very very calorific and carby.

That's true.... but certainly better than the cakes I was eating!

Aside from the calorie/carby comments (because clearly better than cake) is very expensive (after free sample) - buy the stuff yourself from the supermarket?
