I started out on this plan at the start of the year but quickly switched onto low carbing.
I have lost one stone in all this time and I lost that in January - nothing has shifted since then!
I am hoping a change in eating may get things moving again and although I want to reintroduce carbs I want them to be good carbs iyswim.
Starting Phase 1 tomorrow, porridge for breakfast, egg salad for lunch and stir fry for tea.
Does anyone fancy keeping me company? and away from the dark chocolate :)
