I always seem to end up with the same - meat/fish with salad/veg and get sreally bored with it, also I am finding myself a little hungry and then snacking later in the evening

Tonight I had:

Bolognaise sauce made with:

100g lean beef mince
400g chopped tomatoes (with basil)
added - spinach, mushrooms, green pepper
(no oil added, little soya sauce for flavour)

Poured over chopped up broccoli and cauliflower.

I was totally full..... and still am at 11pm! I know there are carbs in the tin of chopped tomatoes but as you say a limit to how often can eat chicken and steamed veggies!

I'm always on the lookout for recipes in supermarkets, either on cards or in their own brand magazines. They nearly always have a full list of calories, fat etc, and make planning meals a lot easier.

If they have the magic words 'quick' and 'easy' even better Smile.
