Are your scales exactly the same as the official WW ones? Did you check?

dontdillydally · 22/03/2011 12:29

No but they are not far off...I have my weigh in this Thursday and feel a bit deflated

I joined British Heart Foundation weekly classes
7 weeks ago and have lost 10lbs along with most of the other members who have lost between 8-12lbs.It
does not cost you any weekly fee and gives you membership to your local council sports centres for three months you then go on to a nine month maintainance plan where you go to class once a week
I have never been able to keep to WW or other weight
loss classes before this one and i have never eaten so healthly in my life, its worth thinking about,I have the tele no for BHF if you need it as their book is fantastic

is it your first week this week? if not, maybe you will see a loss next week, sometimes people STS or have a small gain one week (unexpectedly) then have a bigger loss the next week
