I am using myfitnesspal.co.uk to try and shift the flab but I just cannot eat 1200 calories a day! Even putting in what I would normally eat when not dieting isn't resulting in anymore than 1000 calories, so why the hell am I overweight? Maybe the site is wrong, I am weighing everything so im putting in the right quantities.
Here is what I ate yesterday which resulted in about 800 caloreis when fatored in a 30 minute walk for excersise.
Breakfast I struggle to eat but make my self eat a medium Bannana and Apple and I also have a mug of coffee with skimmed milk. and a glass of water to ward of headaches.
Lunch, I have a whole red pepper and about6 cherry tomatoes with 50g of reduced fat hummus with a diet coke and glass of water.
Dinner, a large chicken breast grilled with loads of steamed carrots and broccoli. with a coffee.
I drink water during the day.
DO I need to eat the same amount of food but with a higer calorie or just force more food down me?
WHat I'm eating fills me up and I think i would strugg;e to eat more.
Whats the deal?
