Help, ive been eating so much crap for months now and weighted myself and i am not impressed...
I dont want to be unhealthy, but i know no carbs is the quickest way to loose weight. But I always find lunch time difficult... Please help me find lunch on the go ideas, as I usually have a sandwich...
I also need to get exercising as I'm thinking the weight will come off quickly by doing no carbs, so am thinking of just doing weights and toning classes, what do you think??
