there are better options. i just did it for 6 months.
i wanted to use the totaller (where you input what you eat) if you use this you don't also get meal plans, its one or other.

I just thought it may be good as u can request a diabetic diet. Wonder if anywhere else does. Love your name btw!!!

if you want meal plans yes, probably good for that.

nevertheless, I have lost 3 stone... since october, and they do have good customer service and you can speak to their nutritionists (diet seems like forever Smile) i just used it for tracking what i ate. it annoyed me that you couldn't get the meals plans AND use the totaller.

foreveronadiet - 3 stone! Thats amazing! well done you! I have bitten the bullet and joined for 3 months. I really need help with meal planning so fingers crossed it will work for me! Time will tell.
