no carbs? websites books ect

are their any good website use have found that tell u no carb foods or very low carb ive had a good look but cant find much
ive heard some of use talking bout pig to twig book and atkins book but im really not much of a reader plus i want to lose the weight fast not after ive finished a full book

any help would be greatly appreciated

Oh, I've googled and it is pig to twig. You don't read the book before you start - you read it as you go along, a page or two a day.
