Buy some sweetners, then you can have 6! LOL

What sort of diet are you doing?

If a calorie controlled one, then why not so long as you add them into your calorie allowance.

Just an after thought, but...

I used to have 2 sugars in my tea. I started to cut it out... really slowly. 1 & 3/4, 1&1/2, 1&1/4, 1 etc... now I have none! It took a couple of months. It wasn't an over night thing. But now I can't drink it with!

You may not get down to no sugar, but I bet you could def get down to 1... you never know, you might get rid of them both!

Many years ago I used to have 2 sugars in my tea/coffee, now I can taste a grain in it, or if someone stirs their sugary drinks and then use the spoon in mine!

I went cold turkey and it took about a week to retrain my tastebuds to accept no sugar. Just go for it, it wont be long until you have lots of calories spare for other things. Grin

I agree about cutting it down slowly, I gave up sugar in tea/coffee this way a few years ago. After a while you get to the point where you're putting in so little you realise you might as well not bother any more. I can't imagine having it now, if someone accidentally gives me a tea with sugar it tastes very odd and wrong to me!

I ran out of sugar last week and was too lazy to go and buy some so I've been substituting half a teaspoon of hot chocolate powder. It's great! Just like Mocha but not £3 a throw Grin
