I have bought the evil dvd and made my first attempt at stage 1 yesterday.
I have been using two 400g cans for weights, if I manage to keep this up I may
but a pair- what weight should I get?
I just about go through stage 1 and had to have a lie on the floor for 5 minutes afterwards.
For the super unfit out there how long did you spend on the first stage before moving on?
The bit I stuggled with most was the last abdominal exericise (cycling?) How is this possible without straining your neck?
