I have bought the evil dvd and made my first attempt at stage 1 yesterday.
I have been using two 400g cans for weights, if I manage to keep this up I may Shock but a pair- what weight should I get?

I just about go through stage 1 and had to have a lie on the floor for 5 minutes afterwards.

For the super unfit out there how long did you spend on the first stage before moving on?

The bit I stuggled with most was the last abdominal exericise (cycling?) How is this possible without straining your neck?

most of us did level one for 10 days.
weights - 2KG is a good weight to start on. I bought mine in Decathlon
NECK- make sure you keep your chin off your chest - try & keep it pointing to the ceiling - that way your neck "won't be invited to the party" as Jillian puts it!
