DP has a bit of weight to shift and has been advised to go low-carb. He's Type 1 diabetic.
He tried it with gusto in the summer when the sunshine meant that salads and such were easy and enjoyable and done very well. Problem is, it all went on the slide over the winter when the stodgy stuff crept back in.
So, we're back to the start and getting ready to go again. Just would like to hear some inspirational stories and some of the best dinner ideas too!
