pasta salad - with tuna, sweetcorn, spring onion, tomato, cucumber, peppers and a dollop of very low fat mayo = 1 point on EE

potato salad similar to above

homemade soup - take it in a flask or heat it up on the hob?

SW quiche - loads of recipes online if you google.

Jacket potato with beans or tinned spaghetti.

Jacket potato with tuna mayo (extra light mayo)

Salad with smoked salmon and low fat cottage cheese and low fat salad dressing.

Chicken salad

Followed by fruit and yoghurt.

I have been on this diet a week and am amazed how much I can eat, loads more that I have ever eaten.
