I have it on my iphone
yes, fab :)
The sugar count thing is worrying me though - apparently I'm 20g over my limit each day. Confused
I'm using it to calorie count, but I'm finding it useless for the actual calorie counting, I seem to be under 1.2k calories a day anyway - and I've still yet to lose weight!
Gah. Love seeing how much vitamins and iron I'm having, though

Me too. I think its pretty good, but I'm estimating weights of some dishes so I think my calorie intake might be a bit conservative to say the least Grin - only just joined thought so I guess time will tell!

yes I have it too and it really keeps me going and puts me to shame on my bad days. I have it on my phone too so I have it on the go. I find it has loads of different food on it too

I am doing a combination of fitnesspal, healthy eating and have just got Paul McKenna, as i'm trying to 'rethink' how/ when/ why i eat aswell.

I find it really easy to use, and can quickly add things etc. Saying that, i do alot of guessing, so sometimes, i've probably not put enough on. But i don't let it 'dictate' to me what i can eat, i just like it to make me realise how many calories different foods are, and to make me realise when i've had a good/ bad day.

I haven't used it to look at my vitamins etc

I've lost 13 lbs in 5 weeks. Cannot wait until it's a whole stone, but this last lb will be hard to shift this week, as we have a full on eating weekend & Cheltenham gold cup on wednesday!

I have set myself 'targets'. I want to lose another half a stone by my birthday in may, and another stone again, by my sisters wedding in september. But the sooner the better!
