Main difference I can see is that Food Focus is free. But I haven't looked into WW very thorougly - am I missing something crucial it offers that FF doesn't?

I have done WW several times, 3 very successfully. I have just been weighed and lost 5.5lbs in 3 weeks. WW new system is great and if you can track with a smart phone even better. the only thing I would say is that the routine of being weighed very week is the key for me. I dont have scales in the house so the joy when someone tells you have lost even 1/2 lb keeps you going. It give you the motivation to continue. I have tried doing it without going (and paying) and I just cant keep up that mommentum. I dont bother to stay for the meetings though as I dont have the time. Good Luck Smile
