What it says really. I'm now the same weight as I was when I conceived DS2, but my tummy particularly is just soft and saggy! I'm exercising quite a bit now - will it just tone up or (sob) will I wobble forever?

Well how old is your ds? It takes a long time for the muscles to contract or something I heard once but if you do lots of sit ups you can probably make it a lot better?

Personally mine wobbles and probably will forever even though I now weigh less than I have in years, will never be back to pre pg weight as I was 8 and a half stone and only 16 so it's not realistic to think I would get back to that now I'm a fully grown woman I don't suppose.

I like to think my wobbley bits, stretch marks and scars are my badges of honour for being a Mum Grin I'm sure I read that once (probably on here) hth

Hi - DS is eight months so still early-ish days I suppose. I go back to work next month and can fit into my old clothes they just look snugger and I don't feel as confident. I am trying to be realistic - eg I am still a good half stone heavier than I was before my first baby, but I simply don't have the time to go to the gym/ exercise classes four or five times a week like I did then. Having said all that, I suppose I could try a bit harder to cut out the odd glass of wine and piece of cake.... but life's short isn't it Grin

Probably because even though you are back at pre-pregnancy weight your body fat % is higher & your lean muscle % is lower, hence your clothes feeling snug.

You can get your tummy toned and tight if you want just takes lots of exercise (and probably no cake).
