I am not getting on with this new system, I dont seem to get on with high protein low carb, being veggie doesn't help. I started in August and have lost 2 stone. Since the new diet...nothing, nada, zip...the same three pounds off and on again for two months now. So I upped the exercise and have dropped a dress size but no movement on the scales. WWYD?

I really appreciate the online tracking or I would go back to the old diet. Or do you think I should just go back to the paper system and do the old 19 points thing (not sure I can even remember the details.)

Any ideas which might help me?

l tried for a while to follow the old points system while not going to WW. I had the calculator, but I spent a large amount of time inputting calories, then sat fat content. One day, I thought "Why am I doing this when I could just count calories, and not faff about with sat fats...". So that's what I do, I just try and make sure I write everything down, and if I do it, it works. I have pinched things from WW though, like veg are all'free', as I am v unlikely to pig out on veggies....May not be what you want to do, but I found it simplified things.

Tesco diets online totals plan, I imagine is more like old weight-watchers, I suspect copied from it. I get 15 totals, which is roughly 1200 calories a day but protein seems very high in totals compared to carbs.

Non starchy vegetables have very low totals, so practically free.

Otherwise just do as sloggies says use one of the freebie website like myfitness pal or food focus
