I have never done a detox plan before...I am looking for an easy to follow plan that will help reduce my sugar cravings!!

Please can u help?? I'll prob get a book to follow...but there are so many to choose from.

I need something easy to follow that fits with a busy mummy/ working lifestyle.

Thanks in advance to all of you that post...I'll let u know how I get on :-) x

A quick detox (24hours) would be to start the day with a mug of warm water with lemon.

Wait an hour and then have a big bowl of porridge made with rolled oats you have left to soak overnight. I made mine with soya milk but I presume you should make it with water if you can stand it. Top it with berries and a swirl of manuka honey and a handful of raw almonds.

Mid morning, warm water and lemon. Seeds from a fresh pomegranate. (I didn't have this)

Lunch, a bowl of steamed veg with brown rice. You can add chickpeas and season with lemon juice and any herbs you fancy.

Mid-afternoon, glass of warm lemon water and an apple. Plus some walnuts if you are hungry.

Dinner, again steamed veg and brown rice with a little natural soy sauce.

cammomile tea before bed.

will post more later. Grin

I did Jason Vales 7 day juice detox. its not easy but felt fab by day 4. takes a lot of prep though.

If you haven't done one before try one day first to see how you get on.
