Hello all, I am new to Mumsnet (despite having a 2 and a half year old DD). I am posting this thread to keep track of my weight loss as I think making myself publically accountable will help.
The type of diet I am on is Slimfast (please do not flame me for this - this is to kickstart my weightloss for a few weeks then I will do portion-control/calorie counting and exercise).
Here goes. Day one of diet:
My height: 5ft 4in
Current weight: 15 stones (eeekkk!)
End Goal: 11 stones
Timeframe - 2 stones lost by August (my birthday)
