Try oatbran made into porridge and sprinkle with some blueberries, a few nuts and seeds.

Oatcakes are good if you're feeling hungry.

If you're craving something sweet, get some Options Chocolate drink - they come in different flavours.

do google search!
low gi is about choosing carbs that are low on the glycemic index. think brown - stoneground bread, wholemeal pasta.
Avoid anything with white sugar added.

rick gallup's book has listing.

You don't need to stop eating bread and pasta, just choose the right ones. Have a Google, there's lots out there.

I've followed a low gl/gi way of eating for a long time now. I would really recommend it as a lifestyle choice. Check out Patrick Holford's website

I started off doing it to lose a bit of weight but it's become a total lifestyle thing for me. I'm much healthier than I was and really do have loads more energy. It all makes a lot of sense and is easy to follow for good.
