Hi there -got the books from E bay but can't find anywhere online to work out my points! Does anyone have a calculator to work it out for me? I am doing it with a friend...these are our vitals!

Me: 5'6"; 12 stone 11; age 36 ; female; light activity - lots of walking with buggy!

My friend: 5'6"; 15 stone 3; age 36; female; lots of sport....

Thanks so much if you can work this out!!

Not sure how they work it out as there are different factors to be taken into account (age, etc). There doesn't seem to be a method in the books for calculating it like there used to be...

I would hazard a guess that you'd be on the basic 29 points, but not sure about your friend?

(I'm 5ft5, 33, light activity & was 12 stone - I got 29 PP, hence my guesstimate!)

activity doesn't affect your number of points directly (i.e. your 29) but with the online system you track activity which then gives you extra points to use if you wish.

I would reckon you will be on 29 as well, your friend probably a bit more. As a rough guide, I started at 13stone4lb and was on 31 points, it dropped to 30 at 13/1, and then went down to 29 when I was 12/8. I'm younger (24) so mine may be slightly higher but it gives you an idea of how fast it changes
