I am going to count calries using the food focus site. I want to lose 2 stone at a rate of 1lbs per week. I was motivated bythis thread

Hey feeling sensitive - I am trying to change my eating habbits at the moment - and already lost half a stone in 2 and a half weeks, (i think i could have lost more, but have had to eat out 5 times!)

I also need to loose another 2 stone. Really want to do it by the end of september, for a family wedding.

I am doing the same sort of thing on 'fitness pal' on my iphone.. i don't think i can stick to updating two... because i am getting on ok with just doing this, for the moment

But would like to keep comparing, will be interesting to see if we reach our targets!

Have name changed since last week.

Lost 1 lbs which was the target.27lbs to go.

I am doing tesco diets totals plan. I guess similar (although based on points not calories) but I pay for it (didn't realise when I signed up that I could do for free). Will move onto probably my fitnesspal when their blackberry app comes out or when my tesco subscription is up in April whichever is sooner.

Have lost 37lbs since October, so thats almost 2lb a week.. although its slower now. I find that logging everything keeps me on straight and narrow. eg last ight I felt like eating after dinner, so munched on broccoli and cauliflower from freezer. Blush
