hi
am new to all of this, but am having the groundhogs day problem of starting a diet each morning and failing by tea time.
a big problem is not sticking to my morning exercise, something that used to happen without thinking.
I NEED TO BREAK THIS LAZY HABIT
Any inspiration out there - we are off to a wedding in three months and i have bought a dress that i really want to wear (groom potential ex flame, quite complicated) and won't even fir into a sack at this rate.
diet? shredding? diet and shredding? sewing my mouth closed?
advice and inspiration please....

Are you giving yourself too much to achieve so you are almost failing before you start IYSWIM. How much exercise do you normally do?

You could do the shred which only takes 20 mins a day, cut out the crap food (snacks etc) joina slimming club for 3 months for the support and the impetus? If you really want to get it done you will do. Just don't write every week off as a failure. Start afresh the day after or make small steps to make the day better.

def diet and shredding. in three months you can loose 2.5-3 stone if you are focused.

also def do food diary, input your details into myfitnesspal or food focus or fitday etc etc. if you don't have the willpower than go to a slimming club.

it doesn't matter too much if you don't do the exercises every day but it DOES matter if you don't stick to the diet.
