I lost 2 stone on Atkins when my 3rd child was 18m old. I kept it off more or less for 2 years. Then I started eating normally but less and began running lots and lots so in fact I lost even more.
But now I am not running as much due to various aches and pains, I am peri-menopausal and on anti-Ds and I am getting rounder and rounder.
So time to clamber reluctantly back on the wagon. I will be struggle with running to start with because I always do on lc
but I reckon it's worth it to get weight loss started and I can wrestle with the exercise part of it later.
