Had the DVD for months.
Just did for the first time today.
Finished it 5 minutes ago and I am exhausted.

Thought I was going to faint half way through.
I am assured it gets easier.
Going for a lie down now. Grin

Welcome! I did day 7 of level 2 today. You're right, it will get easier (after 3-4 days for me).

YourCallIsImportant · 12/02/2011 18:35

Did you do level 1 for 30 days then go onto level 2, or have you moved onto level 2 during the 30 days?

I had to take painkillers after day one.

I am the slimmest I have ever been now though

It is worth it.

I moved on to level two after about two weeks. Now I swap between them depending on how I feel.

I did level 1 for a little less than 10 days as it was getting too easy. Great results on my upper body!

Olessaty · 12/02/2011 19:29

I must try it again. I managed level one for about a week and then my back went, so I am concentrated for a couple of months on getting my general fitness up through walking and swimming first.

I am on day 3 of level 1, am really going to try and keep going as it is only 20 mins .
Javotte I think I will be on level 1 for about 14 days Blush

Hello, Ive been shredding since early January and am still only on level 2!! I do it roughly every other day, if Im very tired after work I go back to level 1. I shall probably be the only one here in 3 to 4 months still battling with level 3!!!! However, am much more toned, feel stronger and fitter, some clothes are even too big. Didnt weigh or measure before I started but am pleased with the results. Just got new 2k weights and nearly died doing level 2 on Thursday!!!! Stick with it and you will see results...I know how hard it is, I thought I was fit...NOT!

colette · 13/02/2011 15:35

That's encouraging Learning2Knit, that's a great result in a short time and a lot cheaper/easier to fit in than going tothe gym

Looked at level 2 and level 3 Shock today . I am struggling with push ups now .I think I will be glad if I can do the fancy one handed ones at the end of the SummerEnvy

Hi.
Did Day 1 this morning and it was (dare I say it) OK ish.
Am hoping I can still walk and lift DS2 (3 months and 14lbs) tomorrow.
Felt the burn on my arms using a tin of beans in each hand so not sure how I'll cope with proper dumbells.
Anyone got tips for best place to buy some cheapy ones?

Am hoping to do at least every other day, might have to be before bed some days as am juggling toddler and baby during day and eat (always too late) after toddler bedtime.
Not the best time to do exercise but will see how I go, can definitely squeeze it into the 2 days when DS1 is at nursery and on the weekend when DP is around.

Shock at one handed press ups, the 'easy' cheats ones were bad enough.
