Did WW and lost nearly a stone and its stayed off, another half a stone to a stone to lose and thinking of doing the Dukan diet partly I want some rapid weight loss. However with WW pro points you can eat lots of fruit and I eat loads currently. Under Dukan you first have no fruit then restricted to one a day. Currently I have 4/5 pieces a day. Find it weird that one actively encourages it and another doesn't.
