has anyone used this and found that it worked/helped??

I know I should quick fix, but my eyes keep wondering too it.

It's not great. I don't recommend it. nasty sugary drinks.

If you want a quick fix do Dukan. Long running thread on here. Or at least low carb.

where do u buy Dukan??

dukan is not meal replacement, its a high protein diet based on proper foods.

just buy the book - the intial weight loss in the first week does seem very impressive...
