Colon Cleanse tablets - anyone ever used them?

Just wondering if anyone has ever used colon cleanse tablets and if so how did they find the effects. Have got a bottle of 60 tabs and before I start taking them, just wondered what the effects will be and if there are any cons to taking them. Am hoping to get rid of my bloated tummy!

I would suggest that if all it took was having a big poo a bowl of All bran would be a cheaper alternative without the cramping. Your colon doesn't need cleansing. It's all cod science. Sorry.

Unless you are constipated I wouldn't have thought it made much difference...
