Lunch I do loads of salad with 2 slice of weightwatchers ham (2 points) 1mini babybel light or dairylea light triangle (both one point I think) plus fruit for pudding. I try and do light lunches so I can have more points to spend in the evening with dh and the odd glass of wine :)

My favourite meal at the mo is mushroom omelette with butternut squash chips and peas, all for a bargain 5 points!

Saute the mushrooms in frylight till cooked then reserve.
Spray an omelette pan (small frying pan) with frylight and heat up. Break eggs and give them a brief whisk with a fork then add to pan.
When omelette is nearly cooked put the mushrooms on one side and fold over the omelette.

BNS chips - spray peeled bns wedges/chips with frylight and season (I uses schwartz cajun spices for potato). Bake for about 25 mins.
