Does it mean I'm not eating enough? I've been dieting for three months and no period in January - but I'm not eating less than in November or December. PS I'm not pregnant.

How many calories a day?
What sort of diet?
What do you weigh now?
How much have you lost?
Have your periods always been totally regular?
Are you using any hormonal contraception?

Low-carb (nothing as extreme as Atkins), low-fat. I don't count calories (I'd say 1000). I take vitamins and minerals every day. I have gone down from 194 to 154lbs (I'm 5'7''). I'm not used to missing periods, and we use condoms.

Ok, well you aren't underweight but maybe your daily calorie intake is very low.

I wouldn't be desperately worried about it, the body suppresses ovulation in a famine (!)but if you miss more than one you should discuss with doctor.
