I'm loving WW PP plan, but I'm struggling to work out a meal planner for a few weeks so I don't have to wrestle with what I'm going to eat everyday. I have a couple of the books, but I'd really like to get a few simple ideas for lunches / dinners that I can just throw together (rather than follow a recipe) and still know they're PP friendly.
Eg, one of my weeknight faves is 'Pork Dijonnaise' which is simply pork steaks coated in dijon mustard and baked for 20 mins, plus greens and baked slices of potato (approx 12PP).
Lunch I tend to be pretty boring with and just stick to soup and a roll... 
Any of you have meal ideas that you can add to my list for quick, simple, throw together lunches / suppers?
