Yes - all of the above.

I feel better mentally and physically when I exercise.

When I cycle to work I am more alert and plesaed with myself for doing my bit for the environment and for my body.

I am very fit and am doing very well health wise for a 42 year old. I am a size 8 and can eat what I like.

I want to stay that way in order to enjoy and long and happy life without being a burden to my dcs and to prolong my enjoyment of sports and being active.
