Hello!!

I've got to share this with you because its been brilliant for me!! First off - I am not a sales person, I don't work for this company, I discovered it by accident by searching for weight loss pictures into Youtube.

In three months I gone from a size 14 to 10. I've gone from a 34 inch waist to 28 inch waist!! I've lost 4 inches off my (big) bust and 3 1/2 inches off my hips. I don't know how much I weigh because weighing myself makes me feel too bad/sad so I've just gone on inch loss.

I am one week away from finishing something called P90X by a company called Beachbody.

Its a home fitness workout plan. You get 12 DVD's which are a combination of strength training, cardio and yoga. There is a plan that goes with it and you follow it so you don't get bored. It is tough workouts but what has kept me going is that its got a website where you can go on it and find people who are doing it too - so you get virtual encouragement and accountability.

BUT I've found another one which is better by the same company and its called Charlean Extreme. Again you commit to do it for 90 days. It is more fun, really hard and shorter - just 35 - 45mins per day.
Chalean the trainer is so much fun and encouraging and lovely and looks amazing at 41. I also post on a forum with other ladies who are doing it too. I've been doing it for two weeks now.

My top tips for this is

  1. don't get it from the official website because it costs #120 and you can get it off amazon.co.uk for much cheaper.
  2. Also join in with other people doing it on www.teambeachbody.com as its amazing how you feel you have to do it because you've committed to others to do it.
3.You have to register to be a free member to access the forums and there isn't a drop down for people who live in the UK so just say you are from Canada and it'll let you on/or use a fake american address like one for a company.
  1. My 6 month old DS seemed to like love watching me so don't think you only have to do it when your children are having a nap!
  2. I have eaten right as well (lots of protein, water, salad and vegetables).
  3. I couldn't get out everyday to the gym but I found that I really could do this.
  4. The most dramatic part of my weight loss has happened in the last week which is near the end of my first programme - there was 30 days when it didn't seem that anything was changing at all.

Well thats my little bit of evangelism for this Sunday evening over!
