Has anyone tried the rosemary conley diet plan? In my local paper there's a offer going on and they have a Latin dance class after weigh in. It sounds interesting but restrictive.

A friend and I did it before xmas and did really well on it.

You can eat lots - certainly don't go hungry.

Its basically teaching you about healthy eating and excercise that's all.

It is great, as CameronCook says it is just healthy eating and exercise. The exercise takes up most of the class, after a weigh in and really short, motivating talk.
I lost over 2 stone in 6 months and have kept it off for 2 years and have no intention of going back to my old weight. It is a sensible diet.Go for it!

I've never done one of her classes, but followed her flat stomach plan last year and lost just shy of 3 stone in the year. I'm on the Pig to Twig thread now, just half a stone to go. The Rosemary recipes are a bit cack, but the low-fat diet is really sensible and easy to follow. Good luck!

Thans! Going on Thursday for my first class and Latin dance. Can I being a change of clothes and do I really need a exercise mat?

I just went ready dressed in a track suit. I had a mat but mine wasn't Latin Dance, I shouldn't think you would need one for that. If there is a phone number give a ring and ask.
