WW weigh in on Mon

Thought id start this as the other ww thread is huge with weigh in's on different days.

My meeting is on a Mon evening, i started 2 weeks ago and have lost 8lb, very pleased Smile I have at least 6 stone to lose!

Anyone else weigh in on a mon?? How are you getting on?

I weigh myself on Fridays so I have the whole week to compensate if I have overeaten during the weekend. But congratulations for your weight loss!

Thank You javotte i tried that but used to be too naughty on the weekends lol I find Mon best cos it keeps me on track at the weekends.

Well done on your weight loss so far.

I weigh in on Monday lunchtimes. I am on my third week now. I lost 7lb in week 1 and 2lb in week 2. Will be happy for any loss this week as it was my daughter's 1st birthday on Wednesday and I didn't do a very good job of tracking what I ate. Thank god for weekly points! It's strange how if I track before I eat or as I'm eating I'm fine but if I track after the meal I develop amnesia lol!

I am looking to lose around 10 stone in total Blush but have broken it down into small 7lb goals. I was so chuffed to get a silver 7 as I've never lost this much weight before. I normally lose 4lb in first week then struggle and end up quitting after week 2 but am loving the new plan and am determined to get this weight off once and for all.

Wow, sounds like your doing amazing Emma! I weigh in at 6pm. Ive not been very good this week so i think i may have put on Blush Ive just got a treadmill though so will be useing that as from Mon Smile

Ive got alot to lose too and its daunting if you think about it so i like your 7lb goals.

Come back on Monday Emma and let me know how youve got on and ill do the same, good luck!!

Hi all,
I'm on the other thread too but thought I'd come on here too as I need all the support I can get!!
I joined online as I can't get to a class as it always clashes with works, kids etc.
Will weight in on Fridays.
Starting weight 12.3 and I'd like to lose 2.5 stone ( I'm only 5.5! ) Blush

Hi yes all of the above.
You track online, can track weight, there's recipes, tips message boards, menu loads.
Looks good.
I just could get to class so the next best thing for me!!

Im full of cold and have a hideous coldsore so im not going today, tbh ive done terrible this week so i think i may have put on a lb or two which im not happy about but only have myself to blame!

Start on the treadmill today and will get backon track!

I've been doing WW online since New Year, weighed in this morning and have lost a pound bringing my total to 6lbs. I've got about 2 stone to lose altogether but taking it 7lbs at a time, hopefully I should reach my first goal by this time next week.

I have done WW meetings before and I am finding the website really good, the food lists and recipes are especially useful

Had my meeting at lunchtime today and stayed the same but am so happy I didn't put on. I lost track a bit on Wednesday but am determined to plan all my meals at the start of each day this week and do more exercise.

Having a takeaway for tea tonight though first but have been really good and it will be my only treat of the week.

Emma very good! I always have a take out on a mon evening as a treat and then its back to counting the points. Keeps me feeling less deprived lol

Had weigh in yesterday and lost 1 lb as really struggled with sweet tooth all week. Spoke to my leader and she's recommended upping my carb intake as I've been feeling so tired too.

I had a huge jacket spud for tea yesterday (9ppts) and it kept me going with no need to snack. Having the same tonight as I have to go to college tonight and it will stop me wanting to stop off for a snack on the way home.

I'm hoping for a good week this week as we are away for a few nights the week after so need to get into my black trousers.

How are you all doing?
